- Log onto LinkedIn.com
- Click the Me icon and select View Profile LinkedIn
- Click the Pencil pencil icon on the Summary section
- At the bottom of the edit interface, find the info file in the Media section.
- Click on the document
- Now the text “Delete This Media” will appear beneath the file delete resume from LinkedIn
- Click Delete this notification and the file will be removed from your profile.
If you wish, you may submit a new version of your version at any time in the Media section of the abstract edit interface.
How to Delete Resume from LinkedIn

Choose Settings & Privacy from the dropdown menu settings & privacy LinkedIn
Choose the Privacy tab
Choose Job Seeking Preferences from the left column job seeking preferences
In this section, click Change next to the heading Job Application Settingslinkedin application settings
Slide the button next to Save Onsite Application Answers to OFF.onsite application answers
This will delete the old LinkedIn profile that you used while looking for a job.
